The Circular Economy Department at the Ministry of Climate and Environment is responsible for implementing circular economy policy at the national level, including developing strategies, implementing EU directives, and developing regulations that support circularity in industry and services.
It works in close cooperation with other ministries, local governments, and social partners. It also works on indicators to monitor progress in implementing the circular economy in Poland, including as part of the National Circular Economy Plan and reporting to the European Commission.
