INCLUSIVE EMPLOYMENT is the implementation of the social economy, which ensures long-term financing of inclusive enterprises through inclusive public procurement. Inclusive enterprises are a type of social enterprise focused on the labor integration of the long-term unemployed. The monograph Inclusive employment is devoted to the way to achieve this technically. After 2010, unemployment in Slovakia recorded one of the highest levels and one of the largest increases within the European Union, with a significant share of unemployment being long-term unemployment, which is also one of the highest among the EU member states. By Inclusive employment we mean a specific form of state-guaranteed chance for the long-term unemployed to obtain standard work for a certain period of time, thereby increasing their standard of living and subsequently significantly increasing their chances on the open labor market.
